Growth Hacker

We are looking for a full time Growth Hacker to focus our landing page and matchmaking offering. If you are a natural with product decisions in the web space, are a mastermind at building user experiences around defined cultures, and are a strong analytic thinker, its time to raise your hand. We’d love to bang (we mean chat...) with you.

In this role, you will:

• Explore, design, and implement solutions to grow our premium user base
• Develop clever new ways of engaging Bang With Friends users with our matchmaking features
• Relentlessly optimize the presentation of our landing page to improve activation rates and user retention
• Run experiments to optimize our conversion flows
• Devise pricing strategies to grow revenue
• Identify the highest impact, lowest effort opportunities; prioritize, execute, and analyze results
• Work closely with our product team, designers, and developers to achieve your goals

We’re looking for:

• An understanding of statistical significance, confidence intervals, and optimization
• Experience A/B testing to increase site growth and user engagement
• An amazing intuition for user experience decisions
• Ability to conceive new web features
• Experience with social marketing is a plus
• A witty mind is critical

Community Marketing Intern

We’re looking for a dynamic marketing intern to scale and manage our product marketing efforts in support of the Bang With Friends Community. You’ll help define and execute on our community engagement strategy through key partnerships and Bang With Friends scaled communications channels. You’ll be responsible for defining the roadmap for the Community Marketing function and, and work closely with our product team to communicate your insights from community interaction. You should have a deep passion for Bang With Friends, a strong understanding of the technology space, strong creative and strategic instincts and exceptional communications skills.
